Lenskart is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment in Bangalore. The role focuses on high-volume hiring and partnering with store leadership to fill Sales, Optometrist and Store Manager positions.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years in recruitment, strong English skills, and the ability to manage multiple hires monthly while maintaining quality and timelines. Travel up to 40% may be required.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales roles, Optometrist & Store managers.

Qualification

• Graduate in any stream
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Recruitment
• Proficient in English

Experience

• Demonstrable experience in Volume hiring
• Handling volume of at least 50 joiners a month
• Familiarity with online job hunting websites
• Effective negotiating skills
• Good knowledge of ATS and Excel

Responsibilities
