Job summary

Lenskart in Pune, India is seeking a proactive Talent Executive to lead end-to-end recruitment across campuses, stores and bulk hiring. You will source, screen and onboard candidates, coordinating with hiring managers to tailor sourcing strategies while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

The role requires a Bachelor's in HR and 4+ years of recruitment experience, including bulk hiring. You will travel for campus drives and store interviews, maintain ATS records, and report hiring metrics

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in bulk hiring.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Good with email writing.
• Proficient with MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for hiring Optometrist/Store manager and Sales Associates for Pune & ROMG location
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.
• Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and report on hiring metrics.
• Should be open for travelling to campus hiring/stores for walkin interviews & other HR Field activity
