Flexing It is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for WL2+ and niche WL1 roles in a fast-moving FMCG environment. You will develop and execute strategies, build talent pipelines, and manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for WL2+ and niche WL1 positions.

• Drive strategic workforce and talent planning for critical and niche hiring needs.
• Partner with Hiring Managers, HRBPs, and business leaders to understand requirements and define hiring priorities.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through effective sourcing and market mapping.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen talent attraction and engagement.
• Leverage recruitment data and analytics to monitor hiring performance and support data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Identify recruitment challenges and implement process improvements to enhance hiring efficiency and quality.
