Job summary

Choice Connect is hiring an HR Recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring for our Insurance Broking vertical in Mumbai. You will focus on sourcing top talent across Sales, Operations, Renewals, and Quotations/Underwriting teams.

Responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, building a strong pipeline from competing broking firms, and negotiating offers to achieve high acceptance rates. MBA/Graduate in HR with 1–3 years of core recruitment experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate or MBA in HR.
• Experience: 1–3 years of core recruitment experience in Insurance, Broking, or InsurTech.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of insurance roles, portal sourcing (Naukri/LinkedIn), sharp negotiation skills, and clear communication.

About the Role

• Domain Hiring:
  • Sales: Hire Tele-sales, Direct Sales, RMs, and Agency Managers (Life & General Insurance).
    
  • Operations: Recruit back-end processing, policy issuance, and support staff.
    
  • Renewals: Source retention executives for Health, Motor, and Commercial portfolios.
    
  • Quotations: Hire specialists skilled in premium negotiations and policy quotes.
    
• Sourcing & Pipeline: Leverage Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and headhunting to build an active talent pool from competing broking firms and aggregators.
  
• Selection & Offer: Conduct initial HR screenings, coordinate interviews, negotiate salaries, and ensure high offer-acceptance rates.
