Role Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 1–4 years of experience, primarily focused on client-based hiring across multiple industries and functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in LinkedIn Boolean search techniques and must be proficient in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for both technical and non-technical roles.
Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques on LinkedIn and other hiring platforms to identify top talent.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline aligned with recurring client hiring needs.
Collaborate closely with clients and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop attractive job descriptions.
Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Track, maintain, and report recruitment progress through metrics to ensure hiring efficiency and quality delivery.

Requirements

1–4 years of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, preferably with exposure to client-based hiring.
Strong expertise in Boolean search and other sourcing methods across various platforms.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with recruitment agencies, staffing firms, or client handling roles is preferred.
Remote work experience is a plus.
