Job summary

Indigrators is seeking a talent acquisition executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions across the India market from Hyderabad. You will partner with TA Specialists and stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

The role requires screening candidates, conducting interviews and assessments, and building strong relationships with candidates and external partners to ensure a positive hiring experience in a fast-paced IT environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, focusing on India market.
• Strong knowledge of India recruitment strategies and IT landscape.
• Experience with ATS and other recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment support for open positions in India.
• Develop recruitment strategies for technical roles (Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Cloud Architects, DevOps).
• Create proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, including passive talent.
• Conduct candidate screenings and assessments (virtual and in-person).
• Deliver a positive candidate experience with timely communication.
• Maintain pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Utilize ATS (Keka) accurately and generate recruitment reports.

Job description

We are seeking a talented and experienced TA executive to join our Talent Acquisition team at Indigrators. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple positions. You will report into our TA Specialist and collaborate with our partners to understand their staffing needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, conduct interviews and assessments to identify qualified candidates. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and external partners to ensure a positive hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes for all the open positions.
• Develop recruitment strategies and understand position requirements in technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Cloud Architects, DevOps Engineers).
• Develop & implement innovative and proactive global sourcing strategies to attract high quality candidates, including passive talent, leveraging various channels.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings interviews (virtual and in-person) and assessments to evaluate skills, experience and cultural fit
• Deliver an exceptional candidate’s experience ensuring timely communication and professional engagement at every stage of the process.
• Stay updated on market trends, industry best practices, and legal requirements related to talent acquisition
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Utilize and maintain the ATS (Keka) with high degree of accuracy and timeliness.
• Generate reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment metrics and progress
• 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on recruiting for the India market only.
• Strong knowledge of India recruitment strategies and best practices
• Strong understanding of the IT landscape and emerging technologies.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes
• High level of professionalism, ownership, and confidentiality

Technical Skills

• Strong working knowledge on recruitment platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri and other recruitment tools.
• Proficient in MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Working knowledge of AI tools for screening, conducting interviews, productivity and automation.
• Familiarity with ATS – Keka, greytHr or any other ATS tools.

Educational Qualification

• Graduation in Business Administration/ HR
• MBA HR – Preferred

Additional Job Details

• Working hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST
• Work model: 5 Days Office (Monday to Friday)
