Job summary

Stanza Living is seeking a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition to run end-to-end hiring for its operations and ground teams across cities in India. The role covers leadership, property operations, security, hospitality and F&B hiring, and builds entry-level talent pipelines through ITIs and polytechnics.

The candidate will own onboarding experiences, track TA metrics, and collaborate with foundations to source talent regionally.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for operations and ground roles in hospitality.
• Strong TA metrics knowledge (TAT, offer-to-join, closures).
• Experience sourcing from ITIs, polytechnics or diploma institutes for entry-level roles.
• Ability to build talent pipelines with foundations and institutes.
• Regional hiring experience to close roles efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Lead leadership, operations and security hiring across clusters and units.
• Hire hospitality and F&B roles (Unit Managers, Front Desk, Housekeeping).
• Build and sustain talent pipelines with ITIs and polytechnics.
• Own onboarding experience and regular check-ins with new hires.

Role Overview

Stanza Living is looking for a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition to run end-to-end hiring for its operations and ground teams across cities. The role covers leadership, property operations, security, hospitality and F&B hiring, builds entry-level talent pipelines through ITIs and polytechnics, and owns the onboarding experience of those hires. We value people who use data as their weapon, work without silos, move fast and own outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership, operations and security hiring – Cluster Managers and Area Managers (operations and growth), property operations (Cluster Managers, MSTs), and Nodal and Security Officers.
• Hospitality and F&B hiring – Unit Managers, Front Desk Executives, Housekeeping, and F&B roles (Sous Chef, CDP, DCDP).
• Talent pipelines – partner with foundations and diploma, polytechnic and ITI institutes to secure raw talent and deploy it into the right roles.
• Employee experience for new hires – own onboarding and regular connects so joiners settle in and stay.
• Regional closures – use WhatsApp groups, community channels and referrals to close roles at city and regional level.
• Track and report TA metrics (TAT, offer drop, offer-to-join, source mix) and share insights with leadership every week.

Requirements

• Proven recruitment specialist in operations and ground roles; hospitality hiring (Area Managers, Front Desk, F&B) highly preferred.
• Exposure to hiring for operations and growth teams, and the ability to adapt quickly to new role families. Experience working with foundations and ITI, polytechnic or diploma institutes to source entry-level talent.
• Strong command of TA metrics – TAT, offer drop and offer-to-join – with a track record of closures.
• Active network in WhatsApp groups and regional hiring channels to close roles at regional level.
