Job summary

Visara Human Capital Services is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive for manufacturing and aerospace roles. The role focuses on sourcing and screening technical talent, coordinating with stakeholders, and managing end-to-end recruitment from sourcing through offers.

The candidate will work from office at One Hub, OMR, Thiruporur, handling manufacturing and engineering hiring with emphasis on aerospace qualifications and defence recruitment advantage.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience in manufacturing recruitment.
• Experience in aerospace or defence recruitment is advantageous.
• Proven ability to source and screen candidates for technical roles.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment portals and Boolean search.
• Good communication, coordination and stakeholder management.
• Willing to work from the office in One Hub, OMR, Thiruporur.

Hiring: Talent Acquisition Specialist Manufacturing / Aerospace Hiring

Location: One Hub, OMR, Punchanthirithi, Kunnapattu Village, Thiruporur,

Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive with strong expertise in manufacturing and/or aerospace recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing and recruiting technical talent and be comfortable managing end-to-end recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer follow-ups.
• Source candidates for manufacturing, engineering, and aerospace-related positions.
• Use job portals, Boolean searches, professional networks, and other sourcing channels to identify suitable candidates.
• Screen resumes against job descriptions and mandatory technical requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and timely follow-ups throughout the hiring process.

Mandatory Requirements

• Extensive, hands‑on experience in manufacturing recruitment is essential.
• Experience in aerospace or defence recruitment will be a strong advantage.
• Proven experience sourcing and screening candidates for technical and engineering roles.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment portals, Boolean search, and candidate screening.
• Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
