Job summary

JioHotstar is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruiting for technology-focused roles across Engineering, Product, Data, AI/ML, Cloud, and Cybersecurity. You will partner with hiring managers to design hiring plans, leverage market insights, and drive efficient closure of critical technical roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate qualification in HR, Psychology, or Business preferred.
• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with strong technology recruitment expertise.
• Experience hiring across Engineering, Data, Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, and Product.

Preferred Education & Experience

• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with strong technology recruitment expertise.
• Experience hiring across technical skill areas including Engineering, Data, Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, and Product.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with hiring managers on complex and specialized hiring.
• Experience mentoring recruiters and contributing to Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives.
