The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end hiring processes, from sourcing candidates through multiple channels to onboarding. Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of all selection methods and techniques.
• Deep knowledge across the entire candidate lifecycle.
• Deep knowledge across the entire candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping, research, sourcing, interviewing, to closing.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and managing a consistent and high-quality talent pool.
• End to end Store Hiring and ensuring all deliverables are met.
• Proactive sourcing of candidates for retail using different methods.
• Screening resumes and conducting initial screenings.
• Screening resumes, conducting initial screening, and run end to end assessment centers.
• Issue of the appointment letter and complete joining formalities.
• Liaise with the L&D team to ensure a smooth onboarding.
