Revvity in India is seeking a Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles across HR, Finance, Marketing, Sales and more. You will partner with hiring managers to define strategies, source candidates via multiple channels, and coordinate interviews and offers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for non-technical positions including HR, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Procurement, Legal, Supply Chain, Administrative functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements, define hiring strategies, and provide market intelligence.
• Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, social media, networking & recruitment agencies.
• Conduct candidate screening, competency-based interviews & assessment of technical and behavioral fit.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer management.
• Drive salary negotiations while ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Workday.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Fill, Time-to-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, Source Effectiveness & Candidate Experience.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and critical business roles.
• Ensure compliance with company hiring policies, employment laws, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
• Manage external recruitment vendors & staffing partners whenever required.
• Participate in employer branding, campus recruitment & recruitment process improvement initiatives.
