Job summary

GeekSoft Consulting in Bengaluru is seeking a TA Manager (Delivery and Operations) to lead the Talent Acquisition team, covering sourcing, screening, and onboarding for high-priority technical roles in our Bangalore office.

You will optimize processes, partner with Account Managers, forecast demand, and drive salary negotiations and onboarding with HR and IT in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Qualifications

• Lead, mentor, and monitor the TA team from sourcing to onboarding.
• Audit recruitment processes to improve hit ratios and reduce time-to-fill.
• Act as primary point of contact for complex hiring challenges and process friction.
• Manage full-cycle technical recruitment and passive talent sourcing.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and translate client needs into hiring plans.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

• - End-to-End Oversight: Lead, mentor, and monitor the TA team to ensure high productivity and accountability from sourcing to onboarding.
• - Process Improvement: Audit internal recruitment processes to identify inefficiencies and implement best practices to improve "hit ratios" and reduce time-to-fill.

Technical Recruitment

• - Full-Cycle "Player" Role: Actively manage a personal pipeline of high-priority technical roles, including screening, validation, and closing.
• - Direct Sourcing: Identify passive top-tier talent using advanced Boolean searches and headhunting for niche technical requirements.

Stakeholder & Account Management

• - Collaboration: Partner with Account Managers to understand client requirements and cultural nuances.
• - Demand Forecasting: Translate feedback into actionable hiring plans to prepare for upcoming project demands.

Candidate Lifecycle & Negotiation

• - Candidate Care: Monitor the journey from screening to onboarding to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
