Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
  • 2–8 years of recruitment operations/interview coordination experience.
  • Familiarity with interview scheduling, coordination, referral management and logistics.
  • Experience with ATS to manage candidate profiles and reports.
  • Knowledge of telephonic, video and in-person interview formats.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Manage interview scheduling and inbox; coordinate travel and expenses.
  • Serve as point of contact for candidates; keep them informed of schedules.

Job Description

About the role

This role will manage operations required to support the Talent Acquisition. Will co-ordinate the interview scheduling process, travel and expense, candidate documentation and work closely with the TA advisors, hiring managers and candidates in making sure all procedures are followed and co-ordination of interviews is fully covered and under control.

Responsibilities

  • Managing a shared email inbox and managing the scheduling of interviews
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates, keeping them informed about interview schedules, logistics, and updates.
  • Gather feedback from interviewers and hiring teams to improve recruitment process.
  • Collaboration with functional team, candidates and interviewers to ensure smooth interview scheduling process
  • Communicate with internal vendors (Travel Desk, Cab desk) and external vendors (Assessment partners) as needed.
  • Employee referral management and referral pay out data tracking.
  • Maintaining trackers and dashboards, using this data to create reports
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency within recruitment systems and databases.
  • Ensuring process adherence and compliance
  • Co-ordination with candidate to get necessary details before offer roll out
  • Maintain engagement with candidates between interviews, keeping them informed and engaged.
  • Triggering role-based assessments and obtaining reports
  • Keeping candidates engaged through the interview process
  • Ensure recruitment processes adhere to legal and ethical standards, including data privacy regulations
Qualifications

Requirements and Skills

  • Minimum bachelor's degree, preferably in HRM
  • Graduate in HR with 2- 8 years of experience in recruitment operations/ interview co-ordination.
  • Knowledge of interview scheduling, coordination, referral management, temp hiring and logistics management.
  • Familiarity with ATS software to manage candidate profiles, track progress, and generate reports.
  • Knowledge of different interview formats, such as telephonic interviews, video interviews and in person interviews.
  • Awareness of documentation requirements for candidate records.
  • Proficiency in using tools like Word, excel and Outlook for communication and documentation.
  • Exceptional administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence people.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills to work on tight deadlines.
  • Ability to multi-task: executing requests, investigating queries, and reporting.
  • Ability to work in a team or as an individual to manage own workload confidently.
