Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processes.

  • Share monthly HR MIS reports.
  • Update SAP with employee data (L+1 changes, position descriptions).
  • Coordinate HR material procurement with SCM and raise PRs.
  • Track full and final settlements for separated employees.
  • Initiate absconding processes and maintain disciplinary records.
  • Track absenteeism, overtime, NC checks, and shift adherence in KRONOS.
  • Maintain site statutory documentation and prepare statutory returns.

Job Description
Payroll Management
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processes including inputs, attendance, overtime, arrears, and stop salary cases.
Grievance Management
  • Handle employee queries and grievances related to payroll, KRONOS, and apprentice stipend processes.
Contract Labour Management
  • Monitor contract labour deployment and ensure compliance with agreements.
  • Manage consequence protocols, CSM card approvals, and online attendance verification.
Audits
  • Support social (SA8000), legal, internal, and North Star audits.
  • Ensure continuity in audit certifications and site readiness.
Management Information Systems (MIS)
  • Share monthly HR MIS reports.
  • Monitor footfall and generate MIS for EWH & QC deployment (weekly, monthly, annually).
  • Prepare site deck analytics including OT hours, 10+ day streaks, long work hours, and compliance scores.
SAP Data Management
  • Update SAP with relevant employee data (e.g., L+1 changes, position descriptions).
HR Procurement
  • Coordinate HR material procurement with SCM.
  • Create material codes and raise purchase requisitions (PRs).
Final Settlements (F&F)
  • Track the status of full and final settlements for separated employees.
Disciplinary Actions
  • Initiate the absconding process in collaboration with the HR Partner.
  • Maintain records and documentation for disciplinary cases.
KRONOS System Management
  • Track and report absenteeism, overtime, NC checks, and shift adherence daily.
  • Update KRONOS data for department and supervisor (L+1) changes.
Statutory Compliance
  • Maintain site statutory documentation (e.g., Factory Licenses, Registers).
  • Monitor and clear Compliance Watch tasks as per defined frequency.
  • Prepare and submit statutory returns, challans, PF, and ESIC documentation on time.
  • Coordinate periodic and annual medical examinations and related PR/PO activities.
Apprentice Administration
  • Prepare stipend input files and coordinate with the CIEL team for timely release.
  • Manage contract terminations as per guidelines.
