Job Description

Benefits Program Design and Adaption:

  • You will responsible for Identifying benefits issues, process breakdowns, and design issues, and recommending new benefits opportunities. Working with data from various sources to make recommendations for improving program design. Adapting current benefits offerings to competing demands, market trends, and organizational changes. Recommending short- and long-term benefits solutions, socializing plans, and communicating overall costs of proposed changes.

Supplier Selection & Management (Insured and Non-Insured Benefits):

  • Leading supplier evaluation, requests for proposals, selection, and on-boarding. Improving vendor performance by monitoring and addressing performance issues. Establishing supplier relationships, negotiating competitive service contracts, and defining performance targets and deliverables. Collaborating with other groups like Procurement and Insurance.

Program Management:

  • Running the benefits program, ensuring it aligns with business and HR goals, monitoring progress, and resolving technical issues. Handling complex escalations and building relationships with internal teams to integrate benefits plans. Creating collateral to explain proposed changes associated with benefits programs.
  • Establishing performance indicators and expectations for consistency, accuracy, and timeliness. Identifying gaps and deficiencies in benefit administration processes, making recommendations for improvements, and implementing new processes. Conducting regular quality audits on programs and suggesting ways to enhance speed and efficiency.

Compliance:

  • Analysing reward data, identifying potential anomalies with respect to legislation, and staying abreast of legislative changes that impact rewards. Highlighting risks of current practices and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications

Post Graduation in Management/MBA in Human Resource

10-12 years of experience on in compensation, with an in-depth knowledge of core compensation terminology and best practices.
