Job Description

Tech, Automations:

SAP & Applications:

• Manage SAP Core HR processes like Personnel Administration, Leave, and Time Management.
• Understand HR business requirements, document them, and work closely with the functional team to finalize configurations with the Tech team.
• Maintain and support existing SAP applications.
• Provide end-to-end support for Time Management applications (such as BIPO, ATOS) as a Super Admin.

RPA:

• Utilize robotic process automation to manage HR processes using bots.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within HR.
• Research and recommend innovative, automated approaches for system administration tasks.
• Monitor and maintain bots to ensure they function correctly and efficiently.
• Document RPA processes and maintain records of bot configurations and changes.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate RPA solutions with existing systems.

Project Management: Independently manage and drive automation projects and current existing projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, B. Tech, BCA, MCA, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in HR systems, with expertise in SAP HR and automation (RPA).
• Strong commitment to managing and delivering projects with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.

Technical Skills:

• SAP HR Expertise:
  • Proficient in SAP HR modules (Personnel Administration, Leave, Time Management).
  • Understanding of SAP HR configurations and functionality.
  • Experience in maintaining and supporting SAP applications.
• Robotic Process Automation (RPA):
  • Knowledge of RPA tools and technologies.
  • Ability to design and manage bots for automating HR processes.
