Responsibilities

• Manpower Availability & Source Mix: Works closely with ABC business units HR team to ensure 100% adherence to manpower budget vs actual.
• Quality Of Hire: Adhere to the infant attrition grid along with agreed diversity hires as a percentage of overall HC budget.
• Offer TAT (Hygiene): Adhere to TAT for sourcing till offer release with onboarding.
• HR Compliance (Process Adherence): Ensure timely and accurate documentation for joining formalities with HR business partners; adhere to TAT and FTR for key recruitment processes.

• Works closely with ABC business units HR team to ensure 100% adherence to Manpower Budget vs Actual.
• Optimize Hiring Source Mix as per the agreed grid

KRA2 Quality Of Hire

• To adhere to the Infant Attrition grid along with agreed Diversity Hires as a % of overall HC budget.

KRA3 Offer TAT (Hygiene)

• To adhere to TAT for sourcing till offer release with onboarding.

KRA4 HR Compliance (Process Adherence) o Ensures effective documentation at the zone of all important personnel documentation such as joining formalities in a timely and accurate manner with the help of the HR Business partners in the business units.
