PositionSummary:
The Manager, TalentAttraction & Technology leads Talent Acquisition operations andtechnology enablement for the Global Capability Network. This role isresponsible for operational delivery across sourcing and candidate engagementsupport, TA systems support, reporting, process governance, documentation,access control oversight, and service performance management.
The Manager partnersclosely with US Talent Acquisition leaders, in-country leadership, technologypartners, and recruiting delivery teams to ensure the GCN operating modelruns with clear processes, reliable data, consistent service levels, andstrong stakeholder communication. Success in this role requires experienceleading leaders, managing talent attraction strategies (sourcing andmarketing), supporting technology and process enablement for large-scalerecruitment teams.
Responsibilities:
TAOperations, Technology & Service Delivery
- Leadday-to-day talent attraction and technology support across assigned GCNteams, ensuring work is delivered accurately, consistently, and in alignmentwith defined service standards.
- Provideleadership oversight for sourcing, candidate engagement, and TA Ops &Tech Support teams, ensuring priorities, handoffs, and escalation paths areclear.
- Monitoroperational health across TA processes, identify recurring issues, and drivetimely resolution in partnership with recruiting, HR, technology, and sharedservices stakeholders.
- Establishservice routines, performance expectations, issue management practices, andgovernance mechanisms that support consistent delivery across multiple TAworkstreams.
Data,Reporting & Operational Insights
- Own recurringtalent attraction reporting routines, including service metrics,productivity, quality, aging, SLA performance, workload, and operational riskindicators.
- Ensure leadershave timely, accurate reporting and insights to support business demand.
- Partner withanalysts and system teams to improve dashboard quality, report definitions,data validation practices, and reporting documentation.
- Strengthendata discipline across teams by reinforcing accurate system usage, consistenttracker maintenance, and documented reporting standards.
SystemsSupport, Access Control & Process Governance
- Provideleadership oversight for TA systems support activities, including usersupport, issue triage, enhancement intake, testing support, and operationalreadiness for process or system changes.
- Oversee accesscontrol processes for assigned TA systems, including request intake,approvals, documentation, periodic review, and compliance with role-basedaccess standards.
- Ensurestandard operating procedures, job aids, workflow documentation, and processcontrols are current, accurate, and adopted by team members.
- Partner withUS TA Technology & Operations and internal technology teams to supportreleases, workflow updates, automation opportunities, and adoption of newtools or reporting capabilities.
- Drive processgovernance by identifying variation, clarifying ownership, documentinghandoffs, and reducing manual or duplicative work.
Leadership,Stakeholder Partnership & Continuous Improvement
- Lead, coach,and develop managers and team leads across sourcing, candidate engagement,and technology support functions.
- Build ahigh-accountability culture focused on quality, responsiveness,confidentiality, documentation discipline, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as asenior escalation point for operational issues, service risks, stakeholderconcerns, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Partner withUS-based and in-country stakeholders to align priorities, clarifyexpectations, and communicate progress, risks, and decisions across timezones.
- Identifyopportunities to standardize, automate, and improve TA processes whilemaintaining compliance with internal policies and data privacy expectations.
Education& Experience:
- Bachelor'sdegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations, InformationSystems, Analytics, or a related field; equivalent experience may beconsidered.
- 12+ years ofexperience in talent acquisition operations, HR shared services, recruitingoperations, HR technology, business operations, or a related operationalenvironment.
- Demonstratedexperience leading managers, team leads, or large operational teams in amatrixed, service-oriented environment.
- Experiencemanaging reporting routines, operational metrics, process documentation,system support, access control, and service delivery governance.
- Experiencepartnering with senior stakeholders across geographies, functions, and timezones to manage priorities, escalations, and operational change.
MustHave Skills
- Strongleadership capability with experience managing leaders, building teamstructure, setting expectations, and driving accountability across multipleworkstreams.
- Deepunderstanding of TA technology, recruiting workflows, operational controls,data quality, service delivery, and stakeholder support in a high-volumeenvironment.

- Experiencesupporting or overseeing HR or TA systems, user access processes, issuetriage, system change support, and process adoption.
