Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a seasoned MIS/Reporting professional for our Bengaluru office. You will manage recruitment data, build dashboards, and automate reports for senior leadership, leveraging advanced Excel (VBA) and Power BI to drive insights.

We expect 8+ years of MIS/Reporting experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead a small team in a dynamic 24x7 shift environment. Bachelor's degree required.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience of 8 years in MIS/Reporting.
• Experience in managing Team.
• Advance Excel knowledge (VBA macro) - mandatory.
• Good knowledge in Power Point presentation - mandatory.
• Knowledge of Power BI and analytical tools will be an added advantage.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic 24x7 shift environment.

Responsibilities
