Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Subject matter Expert to support consumer relations and process improvement efforts. You will work with Ops/Training to build value arguments, ensure adherence to timelines, and maintain high service standards.

The role emphasizes resilience, independent work, and strong communication while collaborating with teams across the organization. A Graduate degree and MS Office proficiency are required.

Knowledge/Abilities-

• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable in consumer relations
• Work with the Ops/Training team to develop and build value argumentation Ability to be resilient when dealing with different situations / type of contacts stability to track deliverable dates, deadlines, and reminders
• Develop and track corrective action plans
• Improve and develop the process, working methods and tools
• Ability to follow directions to achieve business goals effectively
• Ability to interact with all levels of staff
• Strong articulation and comprehension skill
• Ability to empathize, anticipate customer needs and problem-solving techniques
• Highly independent & motivated team player who s a self-starter and can work independently
• Competence in MS Office is a must
• Strong time management and behavioral skills
• Efficient in learning process quickly and able to conduct the quality audits
• Identify and address problems and opportunities

Desirable Skills-

• Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work and deliver results quickly
• Previous experience in social media
• Experience rolling out projects involving process and culture change preferred
