Concentrix is seeking a Manager I, Talent Acquisition to ensure staffing needs are met by identifying, attracting and onboarding top talent. You will support recruitment strategy and lead a team that assesses hiring needs and interviews candidates.

The role requires excellent data management, with strong Excel VBA and PowerPoint skills, and familiarity with Power BI. It also demands attention to detail and the ability to operate in a dynamic 24x7 shift environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in MIS/Reporting.
• Experience in leading a recruitment or analytics team.
• Proficient in advanced Excel (VBA) and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Power BI and analytics tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical, mathematical orientation and business acumen.
• Ability to work in a dynamic 24x7 shift environment.

Job Description

The Manager I, Talent Acquisition ensures that staffing requirements are met to identify, attract and onboard top talent to efficiently and effectively meet dynamic business needs. This position is responsible assisting with development of recruiting strategy and managing a team who assess hiring needs and interview candidates for positions.

Role And Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage recruitment related database
• Report/Dashboard automation
• Prepare strategic power point presentations / deck for Senior Leadership
• Maintain Historical Data and trends
• Prepare dashboard for key Matrices of Recruitment
• Data analysis and proactively identify recruitment related challenges and issues
• Data comparison and managing technical aspect of data evaluation
• Performing routine data checks

Key Skills & Knowledge

• Minimum experience of 8 years in MIS/Reporting.
• Experience in managing Team
• Strong analytical and mathematical orientation
• Experience of data management, data crunching and data presentation
• Advance Excel knowledge (VBA macro) - mandatory
• Good knowledge in Power Point presentation - mandatory
