Job summary

ARK Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced India Talent Acquisition Lead to own our internal India hiring function and lead a team of 3–4 recruiters based in India.

This hands-on leadership role requires deep recruitment expertise, strong judgment, and the ability to drive important searches end to end. You will work closely with hiring managers to define roles, craft effective hiring plans, and source candidates through JobDiva, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri and networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• 6+ years of talent-acquisition or recruitment experience.
• 2+ years managing or leading recruiters.
• IT staffing, technical recruitment, professional-services recruitment, or corporate TA experience.
• Strong JobDiva or ATS experience.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean search, job boards, referrals, and candidate pipelines.
• Strong recruiting contacts in Noida, Delhi, and the Client market.
• Excellent interviewing, candidate-evaluation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent organization, follow-up, and problem-solving ability.
• A proactive, mature, and hands-on leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 3–4 India-based recruiters.
• Own internal hiring for ARK's India teams.
• Work with hiring managers to understand each position and create an effective hiring plan.
• Review job descriptions and define must-have skills, personality traits, screening questions, and interview criteria.
• Source candidates through JobDiva, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job boards, referrals, and professional networks.
• Personally interview candidates for important and senior positions.
• Evaluate skills, communication, character, motivation, stability, accountability, and cultural fit.
• Manage candidate negotiations, counteroffers, withdrawals, and offer acceptance.
• Sell ARK and the opportunity to strong candidates.
• Ensure interviews, feedback, documentation, offers, and joining activities are completed on time.
• Maintain accurate records and hiring activity in JobDiva.
• Coach recruiters and improve sourcing, interviewing, and candidate-quality standards.
• Report hiring progress, bottlenecks, and results to the India Head of People Operations.
