Qualifications

• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication skills

Recruitment Team Lead (or Talent Acquisition Lead) bridges the gap between high-level hiring strategy and the daily execution of sourcing and candidate management. This role involves not only personal recruitment for high-impact positions but also the mentorship and performance management of a team of recruiters.

Core Responsibilities

• Team Management & Mentorship: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
• Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and internal networks.
• Full Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the end-to-end process, from defining role requirements with hiring managers to extending offers and managing onboarding.
• Metric Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire to identify bottlenecks and report progress to senior management.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with department heads to understand their specific staffing needs and cultural requirements.
• Process Improvement: Optimize recruitment tools like Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Typically 5+ years in recruitment, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of ATS software (e.g., Workday, Lever), HRIS, and Boolean search strings.
• Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication skills are essential for managing both candidates and team members.
• Education: A Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is standard.
