Job summary

Rupeek Fintech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a data-driven Talent Acquisition Intern to lead campus hiring drives in Pune. This full-time 6-month internship involves end-to-end engagement, interview coordination, and real-time analytics using Google Sheets to manage high-volume candidate funnels.

You will act as a brand ambassador on campuses, coordinate logistics, and support pre-onboarding activities while gaining exposure to HR and recruitment processes in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred or final-year students/recent graduates in related fields.
• Advanced Google Sheets / MS Excel skills; Pivot tables and data management.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace tools and ATS/HRMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as Rupeek's brand ambassador to campus placement cells and college management in Pune and nearby regions.
• Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment drives, PPTs, hackathons, and virtual assessments.
• Manage drive-day logistics, interview scheduling, and candidate experience with high-volume hiring in mind.
• Build and own real-time candidate trackers and hiring dashboards using Google Sheets, employing functions like VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, COUNTIF, and Pivot Tables.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a tech-savvy, proactive, and data-driven Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team in Pune. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving Rupeek's College Campus Hiring Drives (Engineering, Management, and Graduate campuses).

You will own end-to-end campus engagement, logistics, interview coordination, and real-time data analytics using Google Sheets to manage high-volume candidate funnels cleanly and accurately.

1. Campus Operations & University Engagement

• Act as Rupeeks brand ambassador to campus placement cells, student coordinators, and college management across Pune and nearby regions.
• Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment drives, pre-placement talks (PPTs), hackathons, and virtual assessment rounds.
• Manage drive-day logistics, interview panel scheduling, and candidate experience.

2. Sourcing, Screening & Assessment:

• Screen high-volume candidate profiles, run initial resume checks, and line up qualified candidates for assessments.
• Coordinate online assessment links, monitor participation, and follow up with shortlisted students.
• Coordinate multi-round interviews with Rupeek hiring managers and tech/business panels.

3. Data Analytics & Management (Google Sheets):

• Build, maintain, and own real-time candidate trackers, drive status reports, and hiring pipeline dashboards in Google Sheets.
• Apply functions like VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, COUNTIF, and Pivot Tables to analyze recruitment metrics (conversion rates, test pass percentages, drop-off rates).
• Ensure 100% data hygiene across candidate databases and share weekly status reports with leadership.

4. Candidate Engagement & Pre-Onboarding:

• Serve as the main point of contact for candidate queries to ensure a seamless experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Drive post-selection engagement activities to prevent drop-offs and support the central HR team with pre-onboarding documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: MBA / PGDM in HR (preferred) OR Final-year students / Recent Graduates in BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, or B.E./B.Tech looking to start a career in Talent Acquisition.
• Technical Skills:
  • Advanced Google Sheets / MS Excel skills (Pivot tables, formulas, conditional formatting, clean data management).
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Slides, Forms) and ATS/HRMS tools is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Hindi/Marathi is an added advantage for local campus coordination.
  • Strong ownership, high energy, and ability to handle high-volume hiring environments.
• Availability: Available for a full-time 6-month internship and willing to travel locally across Pune colleges during peak campus drives.
