Job summary

Biz-Tech Analytics in India seeks a proactive HR Intern to support recruitment, employee engagement and HR operations across the team. This role offers hands-on exposure to the complete HR lifecycle in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

You will assist with end-to-end recruitment, source candidates on Naukri and LinkedIn, schedule interviews, maintain candidate databases, and coordinate with teams to streamline HR processes.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed degree in HR, psychology, or related field.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes and HR workflows is a plus.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our growing team across recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and day-to-day people management activities.

This internship will provide hands-on exposure to the complete HR lifecycle and an opportunity to work closely with the Talent Acquisition and HR teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.


• Source and screen candidates through platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other hiring channels.


• Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process.
