HyperVerge in Bengaluru invites a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to own the end-to-end hiring process for tech, non-tech, and corporate roles. The 6-month program includes hands-on experience in a fast-paced HR team, with on-site work and meals provided.

The role emphasizes candidate assessment, onboarding support, collaboration with hiring managers, and ongoing market research to refine recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed BA/MA in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
• Internship experience in TA / Campus Hiring / HR domains in SaaS preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with candidates.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Hiring: manage sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing candidates for tech, non-tech and corporate roles.
• Candidate Assessment: evaluate candidates based on qualifications, skills and cultural fit with HyperVerge.
• Candidate Experience: provide a seamless and positive candidate journey from outreach to offer acceptance.
• Collaboration with Hiring Managers: coordinate with managers to understand manpower needs and priorities.
• Onboarding Support: assist new hires with a smooth transition into company culture and workflow.
• Market Research: stay updated on TA trends to enhance recruitment strategies.

Job description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of the hiring process for tech, non-tech, and corporate roles. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Duration - 6 Months (Immediate Joining)

Stipend - 20K/Month + All meals in office (Mon-Fri)

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Hiring: Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical, non-technical, and corporate roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates based on qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for HyperVerge, ensuring alignment with our company values.
• Candidate Experience: Provide a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
• Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their manpower needs and priorities, helping streamline the selection process.
• Onboarding Support: Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture and workflow.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to enhance recruitment strategies.

Preferred Experiences and Qualifications

• Previous internship experience in TA / Campus Hiring / HR domains in SaaS organizations preferably in the technology or AI sector.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, and human resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and build positive relationships.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
