Job summary

Modernize Chip Solutions (MCS) is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive with hands-on experience in VLSI and semiconductor hiring. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and ensure timely closure of critical technical positions.

You will source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases, while building a robust pipeline for niche semiconductor talent and continuously improving recruitment processes for faster, higher-quality hires.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical recruitment experience in the VLSI domain.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end hiring for VLSI roles including RTL, Design Verification, DFT, Physical Design, STA, Synthesis, PV, EMIR, Analog, IO, PMIC Circuit/Layout, AMS, and DMS.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and execute recruitment plans.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, social platforms, and internal databases.
• Manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, offer rollout, and onboarding.
• Build a strong pipeline for niche semiconductor talent.
• Track hiring metrics and drive continuous process improvements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely closure of positions.
