Talent Acquisition Cum HR Operations

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Talent Acquisition Cum HR Operations professional to join our Dehradun branch at Virtual Building Studio (VBS).

This is a hybrid HR role covering end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, employee coordination, documentation, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing multiple priorities, working closely with stakeholders, and creating a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and screening to selection, offer, and joining.
• Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, databases, and other channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate discussions.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and ensure timely candidate movement.
• Maintain candidate pipelines for current and upcoming requirements.
• Track recruitment activity, hiring status, and relevant recruitment metrics.

HR Operations

• Support the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
• Coordinate joining formalities, employee documentation, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support attendance, leave, employee data, and routine HR activities.
• Assist with employee confirmations, internal movements, and other HR processes.
• Support HR policies, processes, and employee communication.
• Prepare HR reports, trackers, and MIS.
• Handle routine employee queries and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
• Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
• Assist with exit formalities and separation processes.

Employee & Stakeholder Management

• Build strong relationships with employees, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Handle employee and candidate queries professionally and confidentially.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-up on HR activities.
• Contribute to a positive and professional workplace environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or a similar HR role.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Good understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience with LinkedIn and job portals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong organisational and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and HR tools.
