Job summary

Modern Ballistic is seeking a Talent Acquisition specialist in Bengaluru to lead end-to-end recruitment for data, AI, analytics, ML, and engineering roles. You will partner with stakeholders to translate workforce plans into sourcing strategies, and actively build pipelines through LinkedIn, Naukri, and referrals.

The role requires 2–5 years of TA experience with strong skills in candidate screening for technical and cultural fit, and ability to manage multiple mandates in a fast-paced

• Experience hiring for data/AI analytics and engineering roles.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and social platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
