Full Potential Solutions (FPS) seeks a Talent Acquisition Associate to drive end-to-end recruitment for external roles, focusing on volume hiring and timely candidate profiling. The role requires onsite work and collaboration with the Recruitment Lead to meet hiring targets.

Ideal candidates will hold a related bachelor's degree and have at least one year in BPO recruitment, with strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment across multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources, or related field.
• At least 1 year of BPO recruitment end-to-end (volume hiring).
• Excellent communication in oral and written.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work mid shift to night shift.
• Must be amenable to on-site work.
• Willing to work in a project-based arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and evaluate qualified candidates for external roles.
• Profile candidates for initial & behavioral interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Facilitate smooth internal hiring processes and scheduling.
• Enter required information into the system accurately and timely.

Talent Acquisition Assopciate

The Talent Acquisition Assopciate will report directly to the Recruitment Lead, Volume Hiring. The main role of the Recruiter will focus on Recruitment Operations, which involves end-to-end recruitment. This role is vital in screening and profiling candidates for a specific role, which is crucial in the selection process.

Duties andResponsibilities

• Responsible for sourcing, screening, and evaluating qualified candidates for all external requirements
• Responsible for profiling initial and behavioral interviews, and presenting qualified non-agent/agent candidates to the hiring manager, and overseeing the scheduling of the department interview with the appropriate hiring manager
• Responsible for facilitating a smooth internal hiring process
• Responsible for encoding necessary information into the system in an accurate and timely manner
• Responsible for supporting the entire team in meeting the hiring targets

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources, and a related degree
• At least one (1) year of BPO recruitment doing end-to-end recruitment (volume hiring) in a BPO/call center setting
• Excellent communication skills in both oral and written
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be willing to work on a mid shift to night shift schedule
• Must be amenable to work onsite
• Must be willing to work in a project-based arrangement
