Job summary

Paytm is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to own end-to-end recruitment for BFSI/Fintech Sales & Business roles. You will drive volume hiring, manage stakeholders, and shape sourcing strategies across portals, referrals, social channels to deliver quality hires aligned with business goals.

You will build pipelines, track metrics, adhere to SLAs, and lead a TA team to scale hiring in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in BFSI, Fintech, Payments, NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services is preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with sales, business, and volume/bulk hiring.
• Proven end-to-end recruitment and talent sourcing capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in analytics, reporting, and dashboard management.
• Hands-on experience with job portals, social media hiring, recruitment tools, and HRIS platforms.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and execution skills.
• Self-driven, accountable, and results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Talent Acquisition for Sales and Business roles, with BFSI/Fintech hiring as a priority.
• Drive bulk/volume hiring while maintaining quality, TAT, and candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders on workforce planning and hiring requirements.
• Build strong talent pipelines through portals, referrals, social media, and sourcing channels.
• Leverage recruitment analytics, dashboards, and market insights to improve outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-join ratios.
• Build relationships with HR stakeholders and lead the Talent Acquisition team to meet hiring goals.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and scale recruitment processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment and talent sourcing.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
