Job summary

The role supports the Talent Acquisition team in identifying, attracting, and engaging candidates while gaining hands-on experience in recruitment processes. You will screen resumes, coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and assist with background verifications, medicals, and HRMS.

Qualifications

• Masters or MBA in HR preferred.
• 2–4 years of recruitment experience.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS.

Job Purpose

To support the Talent Acquisition team in identifying, attracting, and engaging potential candidates while gaining hands‑on experience in recruitment processes, candidate management, and contributing to the organization's overall hiring objectives.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Assist the Talent Acquisition team in end-to-end recruitment activities.
2. Managing background verification and pre-employment medical examinations.
3. Support sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
4. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
5. Coordinate with candidates to schedule interviews and assessments.
6. Assist in conducting initial HR screening calls
7. Communicate with candidates regarding interview status, feedback, and next steps.
8. Prepare recruitment reports and trackers as required.
9. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines.
10. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
11. Adhere to company recruitment policies and confidentiality standards.
12. Hands on experience in HRMS

Required Knowledge (of any equipment / Tools and techniques / Software)

• Basic understanding on Excel, MS- Power Point, MS- Word.

Education

• Masters or MBA in HR are an added advantage

Preferred Experience

• Minimum 2 years to 4 years.
• Experience in Manufacturing Industry
