Job summary

Genpact Ltd. in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Tableau Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale BI and analytics solutions.

You will own Tableau BI architecture, dashboards, data models, and performance optimization while partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable analytics. The role requires deep Tableau expertise and cloud platform familiarity (Azure/AWS/GCP).

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with strong BI & analytics.
• 6+ years hands-on Tableau Development & Architecture.
• Experience with Tableau Desktop, Server/Cloud, & Prep.
• Translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
• Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Familiar with cloud platforms and enterprise data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Synapse, Redshift, BigQuery).
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and access control.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-level Tableau BI architecture.
