We are looking for a Lead Tableau Developer with 810 years of experience to lead the design and delivery of enterprise BI dashboards and analytics solutions using Tableau. The role involves hands‑on development, team mentoring, and close collaboration with business stakeholders.

• Lead design, development, and optimization of Tableau dashboards and reports
• Architect and manage Tableau Server/Cloud environments
• Translate business requirements into effective data visualizations
• Perform dashboard performance tuning and data validation
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
• Collaborate with data engineering, product, and business teams
• Support Agile/Scrum delivery and sprint activities
• 8–10 years in BI/Data Analytics; 6+ years in Tableau (Desktop, Server/Cloud)
• Strong SQL and data modeling experience
• Hands‑on with Tableau Prep, extracts, LODs, and advanced calculations
