Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking a Lead Tableau Developer to drive the design and delivery of enterprise BI dashboards and analytics using Tableau.

You will perform hands‑on development, mentor a growing team, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into compelling visuals. The candidate will lead design and optimization of dashboards, manage Tableau Server/Cloud environments, ensure data quality, and support Agile/Scrum delivery.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in BI/Data Analytics
• 6+ years in Tableau (Desktop, Server/Cloud)
• Strong SQL and data modeling experience
• Hands‑on with Tableau Prep, extracts, LODs, and advanced calculations
• Experience with data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, SQL Server)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
