Job summary

Mizuho Global Services Pvt Ltd (MGS) invites an entry-level Recruitment professional to support our talent acquisition team in a Banking GCC setup. You will gain hands-on experience across sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding, while maintaining confidentiality and accurate records.

You will work closely with hiring managers, leverage job portals and internal databases, and develop strong candidate communications.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 2-3 years of IT and Banking operations recruitment experience.
• Knowledge of ATS.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a candidate-focused approach.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Understand job descriptions and source candidate profiles through portals, networks, and internal databases.
• Review and screen candidate profiles against role requirements and maintain shortlists.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate records, and status updates with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with job postings, offer documentation, pre-employment formalities, and onboarding coordination.
• Ensure timely, professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Good written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and candidate-focused approach.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
