Job summary

Mizuho Global Services Pvt Ltd (MGS) is seeking a motivated Recruitment Apprentice to support the talent acquisition team. This entry-level role offers hands-on exposure to candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, administration, and onboarding, ideal for those starting a career in Human Resources.

You will review resumes, schedule interviews, maintain trackers, and ensure professional communication with candidates.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and candidate-focused approach.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; internship exposure in HR or recruitment is an advantage but not mandatory.
