Job summary

Mizuho Global Services Pvt Ltd (MGS) in Chennai invites fresh graduates to join as an Apprentice to support our HR operations and recruitment activities. You will help in sourcing candidates, onboarding, and maintaining data in HR systems.

You will gain exposure under mentors, learn end-to-end HR processes, and contribute to data analysis and reporting using Power BI in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or final year student in HR or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in HR operations and recruitment.
• Proficient in MS Office; Power BI knowledge is a plus.

Role Overview:

As an Apprentice, the person will support our Human resource management teams across end to end HR activities. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a strong foundation in recruitment and HR operations.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media and internal databases, Onboarding activities.
• Handle HR operations tasks and coordinate with team members for the same.
• Maintain accurate data in the system.
• Assist in data analysis and representation of data using Power BI tool

Required Skills:

• Good verbal & written communication and people skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of Power BI Tool
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in HR, employee engagement, and organisational development.

Qualification

Recent graduate or pursuing a degree in Human Resources, or related field.
