Job summary

Carrier's HR Technology team seeks a TA Product Specialist to partner with HR COE, Product Managers and digital teams. Translate business priorities into scalable Workday solutions, acting as a trusted functional expert for Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.

You will configure, test, and deploy Workday features, support biannual releases, coordinate testing and integrations, and create functional docs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting HR Technology solutions.
• At least 2 years of hands-on Workday configuration in Talent Acquisition or Talent Management.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and Workday architecture.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional solutions.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Serve as a trusted functional expert for your product area, providing guidance on best practices, solution design, and Workday capabilities.
