Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a skilled Engineer with strong Workday HCM expertise to join our hybrid team in Bengaluru.

You will configure, develop, and test Workday functionalities and integrations across HRMS modules, delivering enhancements and collaborating with internal teams and third-party integrators. The role requires Workday certification, architecture knowledge, and hands-on experience in Workday deployments, security, and integration development.

Qualifications

• Workday certification in one or more areas (Workday Pro in HCM modules).
• 4+ years of Workday HRMS and Workday Integrations implementation experience.
• Knowledge of Workday security, business processes, reports, calc fields, integrations framework, and testing.
• Experience leading full lifecycle Workday implementations.
• Experience in data modeling and relational databases (SQL).
• Experience with web services (SOAP/REST).
• Ability to communicate status and risk effectively.

**Job Description:**We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineer with expertise in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) to join our dynamic team. This is a hybrid role where one would spend time configuring, developing, and testing Workday functionalities and integrations. In addition to Workday expertise, the individual should have knowledge of manually testing and expertise to leverage automation tools like Kainos. You must have a solid background in Workday with hands-on experience in one or more Workday HRMS modules and a good understanding of industry best practices.
