Position Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across our engineering, techno-commercial, project execution, and corporate functions. The role will focus on sourcing, assessing, and hiring specialized technical talent in utility-scale solar, wind, BESS, and transmission infrastructure to support our rapidly scaling EPC project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Technical Recruitment

• Drive full-cycle recruitment for specialized engineering roles.
• Source active and passive technical candidates through online and offline sources, specialized industry networks, employee referrals, and direct headhunting.
• Manage niche recruitment campaigns for site-based engineering postings across remote project locations in India.

Hiring Alignment & Stakeholder Management

• Partner with Department Heads, Project Directors, and Executive Management to define role requirements, key competencies, and hiring timelines.
• Conduct initial HR screening interviews to evaluate candidate background, technical suitability, salary expectations, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate multi-stage technical evaluation loops and panel interviews, ensuring timely feedback and streamlined hiring decisions.

Compensation Benchmarking & Offer Management

• Benchmark compensation and benefits against renewable energy EPC and developer industry standards.
• Formulate competitive salary proposals, negotiate offers, and manage the pre-offer and post-offer engagement cycle to maximize offer-to-joining conversion ratios.
• Maintain regular contact with selected candidates throughout notice periods to proactively mitigate renege risks.

Talent Analytics & Process Improvement

• Track recruitment metrics including Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, Source Efficiency, and Offer Acceptance Rate.
• Maintain clean recruitment databases, ATS records, and weekly hiring status dashboards for management reviews.
• Support employer branding initiatives and manage relationships with external recruitment consultants and universities for campus programs.
