Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking a skilled reinsurance business analyst to lead and execute change initiatives in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of ten years of experience and expertise in SAP FS‑RI, including its closing processes and data models.

You’ll analyze business requirements, perform data analysis, coordinate testing, and maintain documentation. Fluent English is required, and familiarity with German or Italian is advantageous.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent expertise in SAP FS‑RI (Base and Risk Manager Non‑Life), including closing processes and data model understanding.
• Minimum of ten years’ experience as a reinsurance business analyst and subject matter expert in SAP FS‑RI.
• Ability to work independently and deliver changes/projects with minimal guidance.
• Highly client‑focused team player with strong collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English (required); German or Italian are a plus (spoken and written).
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).

Desired Skills

• SAP BW, SAP FS‑CD, ABAP or financial accounting expertise is a strong advantage.
• Portuguese language skills are a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure.
