Job summary

msg global solutions is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive reinsurance implementations using SICS and/or SAP. You will collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to analyze processes, design integrated architectures, and guide migrations and testing across client engagements.

The role emphasizes strong domain knowledge in P&C reinsurance, multiple years in consulting, and ability to work with diverse teams while traveling extensively.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of Reinsurance business processes, particularly for P&C lines.
• Several years of experience in business consulting and package-based implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of integrated IT architectures and SICS and/or SAP implementation methodologies (e.g., ASAP).
• Ability to manage complex initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Very strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
• Strong customer focus and a service-oriented, self-driven approach to work.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience working directly with clients, business stakeholders, and functional teams.
• SICS or SAP for reinsurance knowledge is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, specify, test, and document reinsurance business processes.
• Design integrated and sustainable system landscapes.
• Participate in process flow analysis, redesign, and business process optimization.
• Design transition maps, roadmaps, implementation, integration, and migration strategies.
• Lead feasibility studies and support architectural design decisions.
• Provide functional consulting expertise to reinsurance clients.
• Define best practices and evaluate third-party solution alternatives as part of functional design documents.
• Coordinate with business process owners and technical teams to design, customize, and implement SICS and/or SAP for Reinsurance solutions.
• Provide strategic support during ongoing implementation projects.
• Facilitate resolution of complex issues during implementation.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts.
• Participate in training, design, documentation, and delivery activities in alignment with the Project Manager.
• Contribute to internal projects as required.
• Travel to client locations up to 80% of the time.

What you will do

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with msg global project teams and customer stakeholders to deliver SICS and/or SAP for reinsurance implementations. Your responsibilities will include:
