We are currently seeking a Systems Engineering Specialist - Endpoint Management to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN). The role involves providing 2nd‑level technical support for SCCM server downtime, handling incidents arising from SCCM infrastructure, Azure concepts, co‑management, Autopilot using Intune, and more. The specialist will work with customer and account‑based teams on projects, perform complex troubleshooting, and develop custom deployment scripts. Responsibilities include managing imaging technology, generating custom reports, and handling P1/P2 incident scenarios.

Job Description

• Provides 2nd‑level technical support for SCCM server downtime, handling requests and incidents arising from SCCM infrastructure, Microsoft Azure concepts, and co‑management or Autopilot using Intune.
• Has advance level knowledge of SCCM infrastructure, primary site servers, secondary site servers, distribution points, co‑management, and Cloud Management Gateway.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Config Manager, Intune).
• Interfaces with customer and account‑based teams on projects.
• Performs complex troubleshooting activities.
• Provides 2nd‑level technical support in resolving internal and customer technical issues.
• Knowledge in Infrastructure Management using SCCM and co‑management.
• Provides 2nd‑level technical support on various imaging engines and Windows 10/11 imaging technology (SCCM OSD & Intune Autopilot). Number of images to be managed: 2.
• Can develop custom deployment scripts: VBS, batch, PowerShell.
• Understanding of Package server, Task server, server concepts.
• Strong in troubleshooting Windows server/client and networking issues, server‑side as well as client‑side.
• Resilient in troubleshooting and can create custom scripts for gathering inventory from client endpoints.
• Knowledge of SCCM Client Management Suite at all levels.
• Can generate custom reports using SQL queries.
• Can handle P1 / P2 major incident scenarios; single point of escalation for all technical issues.
