Job summary

Stefanini, Inc. in Noida/Pune is seeking an experienced SCCM Admin II to design, deploy, and manage Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Intune solutions across multi-site environments.

You will collaborate with global consultants to implement patch management, Autopilot, Azure AD, and security controls, while adhering to multi-tier SLA, incident, and change management practices.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• High level of understanding and proven management of SCCM hierarchy.
• Experience with MDM Platform Intune/Co-management.
• Knowledge of Windows operating system, patching, enterprise class desktop hardware and software such as Windows 10, Mobile Device OS, and antivirus. Remote management and troubleshooting.
• Advanced knowledge and technical ability of WSUS within SCCM/MECM. Patching concepts, best practices and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work effectively under deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple requests with frequently conflicting priorities.
• Strong team player - collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources.
• Should have understanding of multi-tiered SLA management, Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skill.
• Must be fluent and have heavy exposure to Azure and Intune experience, SCCM co-management, Autopilot, Azure AD, Intel EMA, Cloud based endpoint management workloads.
• Global deployment of the above and administration of Microsoft Endpoint Management.
• SCCM Intune, Intel EMA and Analytics Desktop Analytics App Health PC based deployment solutions such as Autopilot.
• In place upgrades Microsoft Deployment Toolkit upgrades and servicing, mobile device management using Microsoft Intune endpoint security including Conditional Access, Windows Defender ATP, Microsoft BitLocker.
• Work with other consultants to design and execute the technical implementation of SCCM and Intune solutions based on client requirements and design specifications.
• Recommend a solution that aligns with the customer’s business needs and requirements, and discuss benefits and risks.
• Windows client deployment imaging experience with Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10, the Microsoft Deployment Toolkit and the Microsoft Assessment and Planning tool. Identify system problems and recommend solutions to improve processing efficiency and stability.
• Ability to design, implement and troubleshoot SCCM environment. Ability to provide recommendations around SCCM vs Intune and or hybrid implementations. Assist and improve processes related with day to day SCCM service delivery.
• Broad-based endpoint and client technology knowledge, with a curiosity that leads to continuous learning, and the ability to quickly grasp new ideas, concepts, and technologies.
• Windows 10 servicing knowledge.
• Office 365 deployment and updates management.
• OS in place upgrades and base metal installation.
• PXE boot implementation and regular updating of images.
• Experience with high performance targets.
• Designing, Planning, Implementing and Managing System Center Configuration Manager.
• Knowledge of the Windows registry, interaction of drivers within the OS, and unattended/silent installs of Windows operating systems.
• Knowledge on tools such as Windows Automated Installation Kit (WAIK) tools, Microsoft Desktop Optimization Pack (MDOP), Microsoft Application Compatibility Toolkit (ACT).
• Understanding of vulnerability reports and mitigating the risk by applying relevant patches as part of patch management procedure.
• Knowledge on Azure update management point for vulnerability/Patch manage.
• Must have good scripting knowledge like PowerShell, VBScript, Batch.
• Must have excellent SQL, WQL query, reporting and dashboard.
• Experience with SCCM Disaster recovery.
