Job Description

In this role, you will monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux/Windows servers, VPNs, Active Directory, LDAP, and related systems. Ensure system uptime, optimize performance, and address security vulnerabilities. Provide 24/7 support, perform log analysis, patch management, and incident response. Collaborate with teams to implement best practices and support critical infrastructure operations.

• Provide Level 1 support to the Cloud Operations Center
• Perform periodic reviews of SOP documents
• Understand and monitor various nodes in the customersenvironment using monitoring applications
• Alert and assign the tickets in the ticketing system to thecorrect owners
• Ticket follow up to closure
• Ensure tickets are profiled correctly and status are set
• Allthe Information Security measures to be prioritized, comprehended, implementedand enforced as per the company Information Security Policy
  

Requirements

Key Skills Required:

• Should haveInstallation, Administration & Troubleshooting experience in :
• Good understanding of concepts like Routing, DisasterRecover, VPN, Firewalls, etc.
• Core infrastructure components such as DNS, DHCP, ActiveDirectory(AD), LDAP.

Other Skills& Requirements:

• Should be able to work in shifts
• Should be able to perform basic analytics on tickets
• Should be willing to engage with the customer on a regularbasis
• One of the following educational background:
• Diploma in Computer Science / Electronics
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science /Electronics (B.Sc. /B.E.)
• Bachelor of Computer Applications(BCA)
