Job summary

Bangalore South, India-based VentureSoft Global, Inc. is seeking a senior Data Scientist to develop and deploy advanced ML models, including large language models (LLMs), and optimize AI pipelines.

You will analyze data, build scalable data workflows, and collaborate with teams to deliver AI-driven solutions. You will research new AI approaches, ensure model efficiency, and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in BI, data science, or related fields.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Julia with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• In-depth understanding of large language models (GPT, BERT) and NLP.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Knowledge of deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
• Proficiency in querying and managing data using SQL/NoSQL/graph databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow).
• Strong mathematical foundation in statistics, linear algebra, and optimization.
• Experience with distributed computing frameworks like Apache Spark or Hadoop.
• Effective communication skills for diverse audiences.
