Job summary

VentureSoft Global, Inc. seeks a systems support specialist to monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux/Windows servers, VPNs, AD/LDAP and related infrastructure in a 24/7 operations context.

You will provide Level 1 support to the Cloud Operations Center, review SOPs, monitor network nodes, manage tickets, and uphold information security policies while collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• Installation, Administration & Troubleshooting experience in core infra.
• Good understanding of Routing, Disaster Recover, VPN, Firewalls.
• DNS, DHCP, Active Directory (AD) and LDAP know-how.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 support to the Cloud Operations Center.
• Perform periodic reviews of SOP documents.
• Monitor various nodes in customer environment using monitoring apps.
• Alert and assign tickets in the ticketing system to the correct owners.
• Ticket follow up to closure.
• Ensure tickets are profiled correctly and status updated.
• Prioritize and implement Information Security measures per policy.

Job Description

In this role, you will monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux/Windows servers, VPNs, Active Directory, LDAP, and related systems. Ensure system uptime, optimize performance, and address security vulnerabilities. Provide 24/7 support, perform log analysis, patch management, and incident response. Collaborate with teams to implement best practices and support critical infrastructure operations.

• Provide Level 1 support to the Cloud Operations Center
• Perform periodic reviews of SOP documents
• Understand and monitor various nodes in the customersenvironment using monitoring applications
• Alert and assign the tickets in the ticketing system to thecorrect owners

Requirements

Key Skills Required:

• Should haveInstallation, Administration & Troubleshooting experience in :
• Good understanding of concepts like Routing, DisasterRecover, VPN, Firewalls, etc.
• Core infrastructure components such as DNS, DHCP, ActiveDirectory(AD), LDAP.

Other Skills& Requirements:

• Should be able to work in shifts
• Should be able to perform basic analytics on tickets

• One of the following educational background:
• Diploma in Computer Science / Electronics
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science /Electronics (B.Sc. /B.E.)

• Cloud Certifications AWS, GCP or Azure
