Responsibilities and Duties

• Map relationships between IT platform/infrastructure components (Technology End Users, IT Systems Software & Hardware, and Info-Communications Transmission Networks).
• Identify key technology interactions and dependencies across systems/platforms that impact integration, compatibility, and performance targets.
• Evaluate total cost of ownership and return on investment of various IT platform/infrastructure alternatives.
• Execute established standards independently within defined frameworks and follow prescribed courses.
• Share best practices, develop relevant solutions, and continuously improve day-to-day activities and processes.
• Act as a formal team leader for junior co-workers and set day-to-day operational objectives.
