Qualifications

• Full time BE / B Tech in Electrical, Electronics, ECE, EEE, CS, or Mechatronics from reputed institution.
• ME / M Tech / MS in relevant field/area is a nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Define system engineering requirements for EV products.
• Work with customers and support RFQ and incubation projects.
• Capture and release product requirements documentation.
• Analyze and manage system-level requirements based on customer needs and standards.
• Translate high-level requirements into detailed specifications.
• Lead technical reviews and guide the team as needed.
• Involved in system validation to ensure requirements are met.
• Define system-level test plans and validation strategies.

Product Experience Technical Expertise

• Automotive EV Product Information and Applications in 2W/3W
• Knowledge of automotive standards (ISO 26262, AIS, ARAI, etc.).
• Latest Automotive HW and SW Trends and information
• Strong understanding of EV systems: battery, motor, controller, VCU, CAN communication, etc.

Role responsibility

• System Engineering requirement for EV product specific
• Work with Customer and actively involved in RFQ and Incubation projects along with Development Lead.
• Capture all requirements of product (HW, SW, Mechanical Cybersecurity) and release documents for all CFT.
• Requirements Engineering: Capture, analyze, and manage system-level requirements based on customer needs, regulatory standards, and performance targets.
• Translate high-level requirements into detailed specifications for subsystems and components.
• Actively involved in technical review and guide Team as and when needed
• Lead System DFMEA process to ensure all above requirements are capture and give insights to CFT team.
• Actively involved (In Support Function) in System Validation of product ensuring all requirements are captured.
• Testing Validation: Define system-level test plans and validation strategies; Collaborate with testing teams to ensure system performance, reliability, and safety.
